2. Products
We offer for sale:- Original Paintings: One-of-a-kind, original artworks created by the artist.
- Art Prints: High-quality reproductions of original artworks. Please note that our prints are produced and fulfilled by a third-party printing service.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
- We accept payments through Yoco and other payment methods available on our WooCommerce-powered online store.
- Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer local and international shipping through Bobgo and its delivery partners (e.g., The Courier Guy).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are for the customer’s account.
- You will not be able to complete your order if your delivery address is outside our courier partners’ coverage area.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. While we aim to meet these estimates, we are not liable for any delays caused by our courier partners.
- Change of Shipping Address: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the change can be made, especially if the order has already been dispatched. Any additional costs incurred due to a change of address will be for your account.
5. Orders, Returns, and Refunds
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
- Returns:
- Original Paintings: All sales of original paintings are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on original artworks, except in the case of damage during shipping.
- Art Prints: As our prints are made to order by a third party, we can only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
- All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the artworks displayed on this Website are retained by the artist.
- The purchase of an artwork does not transfer any copyrights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display the artwork in any way without the prior written consent of the artist.
7. Auctions (Coming Soon)
We will be introducing an auction feature to our Website. The following terms will apply to all auctions:- Registration: You will be required to register for an account to participate in our auctions.
- Bidding: All bids are binding. The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be deemed the winner.
- Reserve Price: Some items may be subject to a reserve price. If the reserve price is not met, the item will not be sold.
- Payment: Winning bidders must complete payment within 48 hours of the auction’s close.
- Additional Terms: More detailed auction rules will be published once this feature is launched.
